Brazil Fazenda Sertãozinho From Ecco Caffe

There are so many coffee companies out there that it’s hard to choose which ones to order from. I don’t have any method to my madness when it comes to ordering. I usually place about two orders from two different companies to ensure I never run out of coffee, but from time to time I do.I decided this week I wanted to try some coffee from Ecco Caffe. They had some coffees that really caught my attention. So I decided to order Brazil Fazenda Sertãozinho which is said to have
Tons of sugarcane, caramel, Satsuma tangerine, honey, vanilla and malted milk imbue this with an elegant and approachable sweetness.
The aroma was light and it took me a moment to pick out what I was smelling. I got a sweet and honey like aroma with an earthy background.
The taste of the coffee was very bright and sweet with a hint of tangerine. The coffee had a nice smoothness to it and was very clean.
The only thing that I didn’t seem to like about the coffee is that it’s very bright. Sometimes a little overpowering. I’ve made a few cups of this and thought maybe it was me that I was brewing it too strong, but I seem to be getting the same results.
It’s a good coffee, but it’s a little too much fruity sweetness for me.
Leaving out the part of ordering this again I would give this a 3 out of 5 cups.
You can grab yourself a 1lb of this coffee for $17.00 plus shipping.
