Brazil Safira From Paradise Roasters Review

  • Paradise Roasters have some great coffee. They always keep me interested with a wonderful selection. The coffee I am reviewing is Brazil Safira which is a medium roast that is a “chocolaty brew with subtle hints of nuts and citrus.”

A mild, medium-bodied coffee with low acidity

From the aroma I got some nuttiness with chocolate. An overall sweet and pleasantness coming from the cup.

The taste was just as pleasant. The coffee has a great body to it with a nice citrus play coming at me. I notice some nuttiness to the coffee with a sweetness like honey.

This coffee is bright, yet it packs a punch with the citrus and sweetness notes.

I am having mixed feelings about this coffee. It’s not a bad coffee at all, just a little bright in my opinion.

Overall, I would give this coffee a 3.25 out of 5 cups.

You can grab yourself a 12oz bag of this from ROASTe.com for $13 plus shipping.
