Coffee Encrusted Steak Recipe: My Edition

  • I decided it was time to have some coffee encrusted steak again, but this time with FRESH coffee and some of my favorite steak seasonings.

These ingredients can be changed. That’s what’s so great about steak. There are so many seasonings and stuff you can use.

    Ingredients:
    - 2 scoops of Ugandan Bugisu from BaristaOnDuty
    - 2 teaspoons of powdered garlic
    - 2 teaspoons of Adam’s Steak Seasoning (found here)
    - Any type of cooking oil

You can increase ingredients as needed.

    Preperations:
    - Coat steak in oil until fully covered.
    - Take the dry ingredients and mix into a bowl.
    - Drop steak into bowl and move it around until steak is completely covered.
    - Grill, Broil, or however you cook it.

A very easy, and straightforward recipe.
