For Your Brewing Pleasure: My AeroPress Method

  • Note: A quick stir is optional in step 6.

I am not sure If I got this method from someone, or if it may have even been one of my own creations, but if not thank you to whoever’s method this is.

I’ve been through a ton of different ratios that I’ve lost count. It has been a crazy ride finding that perfect ratio I use day to day until now. I’m sure that months from now I will end up changing my mind, but until now this is my favorite.

Note: If you prefer a slightly weaker cup of coffee adjust down 1-2 grams of beans and brew accordingly.

    Enjoy!

One more question…what grind do you use for your v60 brewing?

It has been awhile since I’ve used a v60, but probably between 20-22.

    Thanks for this!
Really glad you found your perfect ratio :) This might be a silly question, but does this work for you with different types of coffee beans or do times and measurements vary depending on the coffee you’re using?

Not a silly question at all … I have found that you may need to adjust +/- on the darker roasts, but on the light to medium roasts I have not needed to adjust anything just yet.
