    Thoughts
    This is one unique coffee.

    A mix of herbal zest and tropical fruit flows from the cup up under your nose giving you a hint of what this coffee is going to bring to the table.

    The first cup I made was when this coffee was only 4 days old. An under roasted, almost papery taste filled the crevices of my tastebuds. It was unappealing. I adjusted ratios and even switched brewing methods, but nothing seemed to change. I left the coffee sitting around until it had reached a week old when I made another attempt. This was when the coffee really started to come through.

    Most coffees get stale with age, but instead this coffee only got better with age.

    Tropical fruit, herbal zest, and spice soaked my tongue with flavor with every sip. As the coffee cooled hints of strawberries came to light.

    Tropical fruit bomb! Papaya and mango with a soft strawberry jam. ~ Handsome Coffee

    Verdict:
    Words hardly do this coffee justice. It’s one of those coffees you’ll just have to taste for yourself before its gone.

    Score:
    4.5= Very Good +
