Panama From Central Coffee Roasters Review




  • Central Coffee Roasters is a family run roastery in Blue Ridge Mts. who is dedicated to bringing the best in gourmet coffee.

    With a smaller selection of different coffees from Africa, Central & South America, and the East Indies I decided I would try the Panama Coffee first.

    With flavors of “deep rich chocolate and mild cherry tones” it sounded like the perfect coffee.

    This coffee has something great to offer. From opening the bag I noticed they had sealed it in a plastic bag along with the biodegradable package. They really strive for freshness which is a plus in my book.

    The aroma that came of the beans was a very strong deep chocolate. It pulled me in and was not letting me go, and I did not want it to.

    The first thing you notice in the coffee is the pungent chocolaty tone with a brightness behind it. With a full body this coffee is very in your face, but in a very good way.

    I almost can guess the brightness in the coffee is more the cherry note, but it’s not very mild.

    I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this coffee. This is another company I have really enjoyed coffee from and cannot wait to order from again.

    I’d give this a 4.5 out of 5 cups.
