Brew Method: AeroPress

Aroma carries strawberries, blueberries, melon, chocolate, ohh my!Each sip carried strawberries, and blueberries which fought to be noticed in the beginning. Lingering behind was a sweet melon note which flowed through and coated my tastebuds with delicacy. A lingering chocolate play swoops in and gently nudged my tongue, but not before a watermelon jolly rancher play comes in and surprised me first.
Experiencing this coffee for the first time uncovers a treat you’d never expect to discover in a coffee: it tastes like and (somehow) has the aroma of watermelon Jolly Ranchers. There. We said it. ~ One Village Coffee
Verdict:
I knew about the watermelon play before purchasing this coffee and had forgotten about it until one day my coffee was reaching room temperature when it quietly seeped out and surprised me. At first it was very subtle, and then gradually, it became more and more pronounced through the aroma and with each sip of this coffee.I can’t get over how all these flavors have combined together in a way that makes this coffee experience an unforgettable one. Each sip is smooth and just flows nicely from one note to the next.
I feel like I should be in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory eating a never ending gobstopper because this is what this coffee is like… A never ending cup of flavors.
