    The Coffee

    Roaster: Handsome Coffee Roasters

    Equipment/Brewing Method

Brew Method: Aeropress w/ Able Disk
Grinder/Grind Size: Baratza Virtuoso Preciso – Dial 24

    Notes:
The aroma opens up with orange candy, raspberries, honey, and an apple tartness.

Each sip begins with a candied orange and a tartness leaving you with a tingly feeling on your tongue. Lemon hints, and dried figs enter into the mix with a lingering sweetness.

Dried fruits, green apple, blackberry, caramel ~ Handsome Coffee Roasters

    Verdict:
Someone please pinch me. For the last two weeks I have felt like I’ve been in a dream because this coffee is just too good to be true.

This coffee is already over two weeks old which can be a bad thing for some coffees, usually all, but once in a while you’ll get a coffee like Don Medardo which over two weeks old is still going strong.

Thankfully this is one coffee you CAN experience for yourself if you aren’t on the HandsomeForty list. Head on over to the site and order yourself a bag before it runs out.

PS; This is an “Adventure” coffee so hold on to your seat because you’re in for one delicious ride.

    Score:
    93/100pts

Next time, you should brew ethiopians, kenyans, and bright central americans using a Chemex. Just a suggestion. Pretty sure it would highlight all their bright and fruity flavors. Still new to good coffee though.
