    Verdict:
There’s a madman waging a war on your tastebuds. That madman happens to be Ruthagati AA from Handsome Coffee Roasters.

Every cup boasts an insanely delicious grapefruit acidity causing your tastebuds to reach mouth puckering mode only to be quickly saved by a fruity sweetness that at times tastes like watermelon candy. You can’t help but go for round 2, 3, and more as the deliciousness of this coffee takes over.

This coffee reminds me of Sour Patch Kids only in liquid form and so much better.

    _____

Up until two days ago I was using the same ‘ole method I have been for the Clever Dripper until I saw a post from Matt C. Reynolds over at CoffeeFolk titled “Clever Coffee Dripper: Brewing 101″

After testing out Matt’s method shown in the video above I quickly noticed that this method had toned down the grapefruit acidity just a tad and gave this Kenya a little more sweetness and some apricot play.

Overall this madman is a winner in my book.

    Score:
    92/100pts

Those Kenyan coffees are really something else, huh? Unlike anything else in the world.
